Welcome to SEEDS – a tool that helps building design stakeholders, such as architects and project developers, identify and assess the evidence-based impacts of socially oriented design intents, while also keeping a database of already implemented socially oriented design intents across projects.
In SEEDS, socially oriented design intents are deconstructed into social intents and their corresponding design choices. The social intents are categorised based on three themes: physical, psychological and social. The environmental impacts are assessed based on how the social intent and design choice impacts a building's global warming potential.
